Been slacking on my cooking the past couple of months, but I plan to change this. Cooking actually saves me a ton of money and also ends up to be much healthier. Taking a step back from anything that is microwaved, comes out of a can and prepackaged foods. Instead I’m going to actually plan my meals each week.
So on agenda I’ll be making Cincinnati Chili while watching Space Balls (I am aware that it is 2:30am). Tomorrow will be Roasted Eggplant Curry with Naan. Later in week is Crispy Salmon Cakes with Lemon-Caper Mayo. The leftovers will carry me through the days I don’t cook.

What you should do is pick a movie for each night and plan a dish that fits the movie.
