Forgot to mention that I saw Inception.
Prior to going in to the theater I said a silent movie prayer that Inception would be better than Salt and at least meet half the hype surrounding this film. I’ve seen way too many “eh” movies, I was in desperate need of something with substance. Lucky enough for me, I was able to get a free ticket to the IMAX PacSci. I actually almost had to pay to see this movie! I know big shocker. Friend is a high enough member that he gets free tickets to all the IMAX feature films.
It was actually the 3rd time my friend saw the movie. I know, who sees the same movie in the theater three times! It hasn’t even been out that long. I could probably see it one more time, but not three times in such a short period of time.
I’m definitely not much of a Leonardo DiCaprio fan, but he was tolerable. It’s the story and ideal of the movie that attracted me more. Which is rare nowadays because of all the crud that is out there.

It’s not like I routinely see the same movie multiple times.
I saw Fifth Element 5 times when it came out.
I think that’s my record for in-theatre watchings.
I saw Inglorious Basterds 4 times.
On occasion I’ll see big blockbusters twice because my friends want to see it.
But the vast majority of movies, I see only once. I even keep track of which movies I’ve seen in a database. Now that’s nerdy.
