Devil – Movie is actually quite entertaining if you are able to get over the whole Shyamalan stigma. It is a definite improvement from his last couple of films, but there are simply way too many movies currently in the theater that are much more worthy of wasting your money on.
The Island Inside – Spanish film about 3 siblings who inherited the crazy gene from their father. For all the characters being so kooky, this movie still felt like it dragged. It was tolerable.
After – Another Spanish film. I liked the movie, but definitely didn’t love it. There are some nice gratuitous nudity, but movie is mainly filled with drinking and drugs. There really is a deeper meaning/lesson in the movie, but be sure to be in the mood for eccentricities of coked out violent drunks. Tristan Ulloa was in attendance during the film and he is way hotter in person than he is in movies. He is in one of my favorite movies, Sex and Lucia.
Alpha and Omega – A very forgettable story, with a slight sexual undertone. Sexual thing is only because the whole howling scene and the stylization of the foxes reminded me of this flash game my friends and I played one night. Had a furry theme to it… We did really odd things together during the days of IRC. Was a group effort to find all of the “special” things in the game. I just want to say “I did not fall asleep during this movie, unlike someone I know who went to see it too.” Movie felt flat for a 3D also. So DEFINITELY do not pay to see this in 3D.
